The mission of the Childhood Education Coalition of Chester County is to raise public consciousness about high quality early care and education for families in Chester County.

  Pennsylvania Pre-K Counts program, established by the Pennsylvania Department of Education, is bringing quality half-day and full-day pre-kindergarten to 11,000 3 and 4 year olds in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
 

State Budget Enacted; Good News for Young Children

The recently approved Commonwealth of Pennsylvania budget for 2008-09 will enable more children and families to receive early childhood education services provided through Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL).
 
 

The 2008 Week of the Young Child was a big success. We hope you were able to participate in some way. Check out our award winners and some pictures from the event.
